DTKAF-169 Round 2

FINALLY FINISHED! And I finished it before the original deadline, muahaha. I am not the most experienced at making comics so I decided to do what I could and then color it all in, haha. I don't know what else to say about this. Very glad it's finished!

I synced with ~feelingwhimsy on Kanto side and ~Junidoe on Johto side. Also with the other Articuno squadron's plans, the burning ocean and Elliot's crashing plane!
